Eoin Devereux is a writer and academic.  A professor at the University of Limerick, he has written extensively about popular music and media.  He is the co-editor of David Bowie: Critical Perspectives published by Routledge New York (2015). A creative writer, he was short-listed for the 2018 Irish Times Hennessy Awards.
