Biography
Dublin-based Val Troy is a comedy writer of commercial women’s fiction. Her debut rom-com novel ‘What Could Possibly Go Wrong?’ is set to be published in 2024. Along with Orla Doherty, she is an Irish Producer of Funny Women, the UK comedy community and together as ChatterBoxx, Val & Orla produce and co-host comedy shows in the iconic Whelans, Wexford St, Dublin. She has appeared on Ireland AM and is a regular contributor on local radio.
