Will O’Brien is the founder of the Eire Accelerationism movement. This is a movement to create a new network of competent individuals, institutions and ideas focused on radically accelerating material progress in Ireland. This community is bound by the core principles of being pro-economic growth, pro-technology, anti-red tape and having a wildly ambitious vision for Ireland’s future. He is also the co-founder of Ulysses Ecosystem Engineering, an Irish startup building autonomous robots for ocean ecosystem restoration. Previously, he was the first hire at Irish scooter-sharing startup Zipp Mobility, where he worked until their acquisition last year.
