Douglas Alexander is a Senior Fellow at Harvard University’s Kennedy School, a Visiting Professor at the Policy Institute of King’s College and a Court Member at the University of Edinburgh. A former Scottish MP (1997 to 2015), he served as Minister of State and Secretary of State in the UK Government.
